As the picture of a spiral shows, life forms an infinite flow to exceed existing limitations. In order to letting flow the life in peace through us, an integral perspective from the outside can be helpful for this development. We can recognize then, that the realization of our own inner border (desire, conception, etc.) and its acceptance (releasing or overcoming) frees us stepwise into the width of life. This clarifies, that life itself has the intelligence to reflect any limit and let us grow thereby.
